Job Description
Managing clinical trial site relationships and teams for ICON, a global pharmaceutical services organization. Ensuring clinical study communication, performance, compliance, and site retention in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
- Manage site engagement efforts and maintain strong relationships and clear communication between clinical trial sites and ICON teams
- Lead and mentor a team of site engagement professionals through study initiation, conduct, and closeout
- Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams to align site engagement strategies with study goals
- Identify and address site concerns and provide solutions to enhance site performance and trial success
- Drive initiatives to improve site satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management, or a related field
- Significant experience in site engagement or clinical operations
- Proven experience managing site relationships and engagement in a clinical trial setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and maintain clear communication
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of site satisfaction and regulatory compliance
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
