Job Description

Product Marketing Manager for Dynatron Software connecting product innovation to effective market positioning and messaging. Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Market & Buyer Intelligence: Develop deep expertise in our buyers, including who they are, how they buy, and the criteria that drive purchasing decisions.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Own product positioning and messaging in partnership with Product Management and Corporate Marketing.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including positioning, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Lead go-to-market planning for new products and major releases, managing cross-functional execution.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales channels with training, tools, and content that clearly communicate the problems we solve and how to sell our solutions.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of product marketing programs and launches, using data to inform improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS, and at least one year marketing a solution platform or suite of products
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth
  • Strong presentation and writing skills, with comfort presenting to senior audiences
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness, win rates, and ROI
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira), and analytics or competitive intelligence tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Pragmatic Marketing or PMA certification required
