Job Description
Managing Consultant shaping corporate strategy for Kyndryl, an IT infrastructure services company. Developing pricing, go-to-market, investment, and transformation recommendations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support high-impact corporate strategy initiatives
- Work with senior executives, business-unit leaders, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop corporate and business-unit strategies
- Assess growth opportunities and evaluate investment priorities
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, strategic assessments, and financial analyses
- Identify opportunities for value creation and address complex business challenges
- Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, investment theses, and implementation plans
- Prepare executive-level recommendations, pricing recommendations, decision memos, and board-level presentations
- Support strategic planning and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Align stakeholders and monitor progress against strategic objectives
- Support successful execution of critical initiatives
Requirements:
- Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) in business, economics, finance, engineering, analytics, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial strategy, or management consulting
- 4+ years preferably with leading management consulting firms or technology services/software companies
- Expertise developing GTM and pricing strategies for managed services, cloud services, software/SaaS, IT infrastructure, or hybrid technology offerings
- Ability to build business cases, price waterfalls, margin analyses, elasticity assessments, unit economics models, total cost of ownership models, and customer ROI frameworks
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies, including sales and channel motions, portfolio positioning, launch planning, customer segmentation, partner monetization, and KPI frameworks
- Experience with data synthesis, market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer research
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead independent workstreams and influence stakeholders across Offering, Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal, and executive leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive customer-facing or stakeholder-facing exposure and strong commercial acumen
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement dynamics, deal economics, and technology services/software sales cycles
- Preferred: experience in global technology services, managed infrastructure, cloud, software/SaaS, cybersecurity, IT modernization, or hyperscaler partner ecosystems
- Preferred: experience supporting pricing transformations, portfolio simplification, commercial governance, go-to-market redesign, sales enablement, or partner monetization programs
- Preferred: familiarity with pricing analytics, CRM/CPQ workflows, cloud financial management/FinOps, product management, or software licensing operations
- Preferred: industry certifications or training in cloud platforms, FinOps, pricing, product management, strategic finance, or related disciplines
