Job Description
Managing Immigration Attorney overseeing exceptional abilities and high-skilled visa categories. Leading a pod of attorneys in a fully remote immigration law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a pod, owning everything it produces and everyone who produces it
- Carry second-chair, senior-level review on cases before filing
- Develop and coach the consulting and production attorneys in your pod
- Own pod-level quality and output as a single unit
- Retain and motivate talent so attorneys grow
- Set the pace and model Manifest's values
- Partner with firm leadership to grow the Manifest brand
Requirements:
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
- 10+ years of experience with deep expertise across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A), plus broader business immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM)
- A track record of leading and growing attorneys
- Strong judgment on case strategy and quality
- Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment
