Job Description
Marketing internship developing campaigns for a psycho-educational app and ZPP course. Gain valuable experience in digital marketing for social causes and mental health support.
Responsibilities:
- You will co-develop a high-impact marketing campaign for our new ZPP course — from concept and idea through to measurable success.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end user journey and collaborate with the founders to design engaging flyers and viral social media content.
- Contribute to psychologically informed communication to ensure the course reaches the right relatives and caregivers.
- Sharpen the target-group perspective: understand and address needs, barriers, and motivations.
- Test and analyze target-audience messaging (What works? Which messages/formats lead to more sign-ups?).
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Psychology program (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Interest in content for people with mental health conditions and their relatives/caregivers
- Independent, structured working style
- Basic skills in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media (especially Instagram)
- Commitment, creativity, empathy, and teamwork are your superpowers
- Prior successes or a strong interest in campaigns, content creation, or market research make you a standout candidate
Benefits:
- Deep insights into digital marketing for social causes
- Flexible working hours (20–30 hrs/week) with high responsibility and a measurable impact on mental health
- Certificate of completion and a unique opportunity to actively shape our social mission — your stepping stone into a career
