Job Description
Marketing VA assisting with CRM management, email campaigns, and marketing collateral organization. Supporting clients to improve business efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with CRM management, outbound email campaigns, and marketing collateral organization
- Manage and update contacts within Salesforce
- Upload and organize lead data from ZoomInfo
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
- Assist in segmenting lists for outreach campaigns
- Build and launch email campaigns within Salesforce
- Implement multi-touch outreach sequences
- Track engagement metrics and update campaign results
- Organize and update company capability statements / line cards
- Assist in preparing materials for outreach and presentations
- Support formatting and document creation tasks
- Assist with minor updates or form improvements in WordPress
- Support lead capture optimization
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years experience in marketing support or CRM management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (required)
- Experience with email marketing campaigns (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and execute tasks independently
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
