Job Description

Marketing Content and Event Specialist supporting KR Wolfe's brand growth. Responsible for content creation, event execution, and aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals across key industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with KR Wolfe’s growth priorities
  • Create high-impact content including: Case studies highlighting project success and client outcomes, Industry-specific thought leadership, Social media content for brand and executive visibility, Website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
  • Translate technical services into clear, compelling marketing narratives
  • Support internal communications that reinforce KR Wolfe’s culture, growth, and strategic direction
  • Plan and execute KR Wolfe’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Manage all logistics including booth strategy, vendor coordination, travel, materials, and on-site execution
  • Develop event messaging and supporting collateral aligned with target audiences and business goals
  • Coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation before and after events
  • Track and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics
  • Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media)
