Job Description
Marketing Coordinator for KaiPod Learning, supporting organic marketing for microschools. Managing social content, tracking marketing activities, and improving online engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute organic marketing efforts
- Support planning and execution of organic social content (Facebook + Instagram)
- Monitor engagement and help ensure timely, thoughtful responses
- Identify opportunities to participate in relevant online conversations
- Improve and publish content
- Enhance blog content in WordPress (Elementor)
- Add visuals, improve formatting, and strengthen internal linking
- Support content organization and overall site experience
- Coordinate and track marketing activity
- Help keep marketing efforts organized and on schedule
- Track key activities and flag where follow-up or attention is needed
- Prepare simple updates to help the team prioritize
- Support Head of Marketing as needed
- Take ownership of tasks that don’t have a clear owner
- Adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Clear, effective written communication
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Experience with organic social media for a business (Facebook + Instagram)
- Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor preferred)
- Experience creating visuals in Canva
- Comfort working in spreadsheets or simple tracking systems
- Experience using Asana (or comparable task management software) to track tasks, update progress, and manage deadlines
- Experience using AI to expedite work, conduct analysis, and more
