Job Description

Marketing Coordinator at Key Media executing campaigns for award-winning international events. Collaborating with global teams and managing B2B marketing efforts in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution – Plan and execute marketing campaigns for virtual conferences and awards, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Content & Design Collaboration – Brief designers on marketing collateral and manage branding across multiple channels.
  • Digital Marketing Management – Set up and send EDMs using HubSpot and other marketing tools, monitoring performance and optimising results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with international sales, editorial, events, and marketing teams to align campaigns and drive best practice.
  • Strategy & Reporting – Contribute to branding and communications strategies and report on campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns for B2B events
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to coordinate with international stakeholders and internal teams
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
