Job Description
Marketing / Data Intern supporting marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer research for SupportPay. Remote opportunity for students passionate about making a positive impact on families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct marketing and customer research to inform strategy
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow social media presence
- Assist in updating and improving website content and performance
- Help design and implement a customer loyalty and referral program
- Contribute to Go-To-Market strategies and new product marketing initiatives
- Support SEO/SEM efforts and business development activities
- Play a direct role in driving customer adoption and positioning SupportPay as a leader in the child support and co-parenting space.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer and digital literacy
- Ability to work independently while actively seeking feedback
- Creative problem-solving skills, especially with limited resources
- Interest in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Passion for making a positive impact on families and children.
