Job Description

Marketing Events Contractor supporting Color’s virtual cancer care platform through healthcare conferences and partner activations. Driving event execution, lead capture, and pipeline reporting during a six-month growth period.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute assigned healthcare industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, field events, and partner activations end-to-end
  • Build and manage timelines, project plans, and run-of-show documents
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, shipping, booth builds, registration, travel, and on-site staffing
  • Lead on-site execution when needed and troubleshoot in real time with remote people
  • Translate pipeline generation, brand credibility, and partner visibility goals into detailed event plans
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing on meeting scheduling, lead capture, and on-site engagement strategy
  • Ensure event messaging resonates with total rewards leaders, health plans, employers, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and maintain communication across teams
  • Coordinate with venues, agencies, production vendors, fulfillment providers, and conference organizers
  • Track event budgets and flag variances
  • Support contract management, invoice processing, and documentation
  • Ensure lead capture and CRM processes are followed
  • Gather post-event attendance, meeting, engagement, and pipeline-influence metrics
  • Partner with demand generation to report on event activities
  • Contribute to recap reports with insights and recommendations
  • Document repeatable processes for scaling the healthcare event program

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing experience
  • Experience executing industry conferences or trade shows in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other enterprise B2B environments
  • Proven ability to independently run events from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of how events support longer enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Calm, solution-oriented, and decisive under pressure with excellent judgement
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Experience engaging benefits and employer HR stakeholders is nice to have
  • Familiarity with compliance-conscious or regulated industries is nice to have
  • Experience with CRM systems and event attribution tracking is nice to have
  • Experience with Asana and Exhibit Force is nice to have
  • Unrestricted right to work in the United States for any employer
  • Must not require company assistance or sponsorship with work authorization now or in the future
  • Availability for a 6-month contract
  • Comfort managing events outside standard working hours if needed
