Job Description
Marketing Operations Assistant managing budgets, creator campaigns, reporting, and project timelines for Wing, a global workforce operations company. Supporting remote brand operations during US work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing budget reconciliation, vendor invoices, and receipt tracking
- Act as a liaison for physician formulators, including managing scripts and approvals
- Coordinate PR and media interviews
- Manage UGC and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking
- Coordinate monthly brand reporting across cross-functional teams
- Follow up on timely report submissions
- Track timelines for packaging and product updates in Hive
Requirements:
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Amazon marketplaces
- Experience with Hive or other project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday is preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong process management and documentation skills
- Comfortable handling invoices, receipts, and budget reconciliation
- Strong written communication for interacting with vendors, influencers, and agencies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- English proficiency
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
- Working webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection
- Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
- Ability to work US work hours, 40 hours per week
