Job Description
Marketing and design professionals evaluating AI assistants on realistic content and design tasks. Providing expert ratings and feedback to help Mercor train frontier AI models.
Responsibilities:
- Write short, realistic requests based on real marketing, content, or design work
- Work with AI assistants over several turns by steering them, answering questions, and correcting errors
- Rate the AI assistant experience and deliverables against professional standards
- Write short notes describing what went well or badly
- Complete approximately 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
- Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, content production or design
- Work in digital or social marketing, content production, copywriting, brand, or visual / UX design
- Use AI assistants at least occasionally
- Write clearly in English
- A portfolio is a plus
- Must be located in a country where the assistant is available
- Independent contractor status
- Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
