Job Description

Marketing Specialist executing and optimizing multichannel campaigns for a data-driven digital marketing agency. Managing client deliverables, reporting, QA, and performance insights across LATAM-remote accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute, optimize, and manage integrated digital marketing initiatives across assigned client accounts
  • Own client account tasks, campaigns, deliverables, timelines, optimizations, reporting needs, and follow-up items
  • Support campaign builds and launches, including setup, budget pacing, optimization, QA, reporting configuration, tagging, and performance monitoring
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, campaign health, reporting accuracy, and platform setup
  • Identify issues, opportunities, and areas requiring additional support
  • Coordinate with practice leads, Client Services, creative, content, analytics, and MarTech teams
  • Conduct QA across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, creative, content, and other deliverables
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting
  • Translate campaign results and trends into insights, recommendations, and next steps
  • Communicate blockers, risks, performance concerns, and executional issues while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience working across multiple digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, paid social, SEO, organic social, programmatic advertising, reporting and analytics, and graphic design
  • Experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, projects, and timelines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, programmatic platforms, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools, and project management platforms such as Asana
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Basic familiarity with Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Advanced English (C1+)
