Job Description
Marketing Specialist supporting integrated marketing initiatives for cryptocurrency provider, executing campaigns, managing content, and collaborating with teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events.
- Write and edit marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and internal materials.
- Manage content calendars, social media, and assist with posting and community engagement.
- Assist with SEO initiatives, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Support paid marketing efforts (PPC, social ads) including setup, monitoring, and reporting.
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead support.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- or equivalent practical experience from diverse backgrounds.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with exposure to multiple marketing functions, welcoming varied career paths.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling; experience with CMS platforms and basic website updates.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; well-organized with solid attention to detail.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; collaborative mindset with a hands-on, resourceful attitude.
