Job Description
MCIO Analyst providing technical support to multi cloud environments at Syntax. Managing daily operations of the Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to multi cloud environments
- Collaborate with the OS teams
- Perform regular maintenance
- Manage servers
- Manage the daily operation of our Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure at OS level
Requirements:
- Bachelor from the next careers: Computer Systems, Electronics, Informatics, Mechatronics or similar
- Logical and mathematical thinking
- Problem solving, strong critical thinking, and communication skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (B1 or above)
- Basic Compute and Operating Systems concepts
- Basic Multi Cloud Knowledge including but not limited AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, etc.
- Basic Virtualization Knowledge
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Knowledge in programming languages
- Orchestration tool used for any patching strategy
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills: capable of training users in complex topics and making presentations to internal groups
- Able to write intricate system and user documentation
- Capable of writing and explaining purchase justifications
- Independent problem solving; self-directed, self-starting, proactive to acquire new knowledge
- Strong investigative and analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and proactive, customer focused attitude
- Good understanding of business processes and application of technology
