Job Description
Media Buyer managing and scaling TikTok and Meta Ads campaigns at M&M Fishing. Collaborating with creative teams and focusing on performance optimization for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Ad Management (TikTok, Meta, Google)
- Budgetplanung, Scaling, Retargeting
- Split-Tests, Hook-Tests, Audience Tests
- Reporting & Optimierung nach ROAS
- Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Team
Requirements:
- 1 Jahr+ Erfahrung mit Paid Ads (E-Com / TikTok)
- Datengetriebenes Denken (KPIs, ROAS)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigenverantwortung
- Englisch fließend, Performance-Mindset
