Job Description
Medical Safety Director ensuring patient safety in clinical trials and post-marketing settings. Mentoring staff and providing expert guidance on pharmacovigilance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive medical reviews
- Provide expert safety monitoring
- Deliver pharmacovigilance guidance across assigned projects
- Mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Interact with clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance processes.
Requirements:
- US Board Certification/board eligibility or regional equivalent for Canada
- 3 - 5 years previous experience in pharmacovigilance and/or medical monitoring is required.
- Good knowledge/understanding of medical terminology.
- Relevant experience in pharmacovigilance/ Drug Safety/ Clinical Practice.
