Job Description
Director of Technical Implementation at Ensemble managing client onboarding and product support. This role involves leading operational strategies and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Ensemble clients on EHP platform and applications
- Rolling out product capabilities and leading support
- Supervises other leaders in Product Implementation and Product Support areas
- Ensure timely delivery of Ensemble products and services
- Develops and executes operational strategies aligned with enterprise goals
- Sponsors innovation by advancing automation, AI adoption, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of professional experience
- 5-10 years of relative formal leadership
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Experienced in data integration, data analytics, and software workflow design
- Must be able to utilize SQL and various other tools to analyze, test, and validate revenue cycle data
- Must be able to work closely with Product and Engineering as well as consult on architectural decisions
