Job Description
Director II for Partnership Success managing client operations and revenue cycle activities. Role focuses on nurturing client relationships and implementing policies for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day client operations and the planning, development, and implementation of policies, objectives and initiatives for revenue cycle activities.
- Review and implement systematic approaches to maximize revenue and cash flow.
- Form and nurture relationships with clients to meet performance expectations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure achievement of client goals.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of job experience including people leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance / Accounting.
- CRCR or other approved job relevant certification.
- Demonstrates high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
- Ability to coach and develop others and must be able to travel at least 75% / Work on-site minimum 4 days a week.
