Job Description

Medical Virtual Recruiter sourcing healthcare candidates for U.S. placements from LATAM. Ideal for organized and proactive individuals accustomed to metrics-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Source healthcare candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns
  • Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidates
  • Review resumes, credentials, licenses, and work history
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openings
  • Send emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and leadership team members
  • Meet recruiting activity and placement goals
  • Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is a plus
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and candidate outreach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet and quiet work environment required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
  • Experience with remote recruiting or virtual support roles preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus
