Job Description
Member Support Specialist focused on revenue growth and engagement for NMG's member businesses. Remote position requiring strong communication and consultative sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth in your territory
- Develop and execute a territory plan
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Lead regularly scheduled ROI and value reviews
- Build strong relationships with members
- Identify and convert new opportunities
- Partner with vendor and internal teams
- Provide business insights and guidance
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in a business environment
- Understands and is comfortable in a quota-carrying sales role
- Ability to engage members over the phone with a clear, professional voice
- Maintain a dedicated, professional home office workspace
- Ability to support members located across multiple U.S. time zones
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to travel up to 25% requiring overnight and airplane travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
