Job Description
Customer Success Analyst ensuring client satisfaction and product value maximization at Construmarket. Managing post-sale relationships and strategizing for customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Work in post-sales alongside users who become customers, helping them derive maximum value from the product.
- Support customers in achieving the objectives defined during product implementation.
- Maintain customer relationships to increase opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Understand and map customers using methodologies and tools; propose personalized recommendations based on data collection and analysis.
- Ensure the best outcomes for customers with the aim of increasing their lifetime value.
- Discover exactly what customers want and act as their voice in meetings with different teams across the company.
- Ensure delivery of the intended experiences in customers' day-to-day interactions.
- Proactively anticipate and prevent issues customers may encounter when using the product.
- Keep customers satisfied to promote contract renewals, contract optimization, or acquisition of new contracts.
- Work to reduce customer churn by demonstrating the value of the product/service.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure features help customers solve their problems effectively.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Retention, or related areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Windows environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools (e.g., Movidesk).
- Knowledge of Customer Success (CS) methodologies.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer retention and experience.
