Job Description
Remote entry-level insurance sales representative helping U.S. families select life-insurance policies. Working inbound leads with structured training, mentoring, and uncapped commission.
Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound life-insurance leads by phone or Zoom
- Review prospects’ family size, budget, and existing coverage
- Help clients choose an appropriate life-insurance policy
- Work a queue of incoming leads consistently
- Complete training in the training portal
- Consult with a mentor when client conversations become challenging
- Participate in structured onboarding and live-call support
Requirements:
- No degree required
- No prior industry or insurance experience required
- Must live in the U.S.
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
- Able to follow a system and show up consistently
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
