Job Description

Senior Enterprise Account Executive expanding CALIMA’s workplace-safety B2B SaaS among DACH enterprise customers. Owning full-cycle sales, strategic accounts, negotiations, and complex procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from initial outreach through contract close
  • Acquire new strategic enterprise customers across the DACH region
  • Build long-term relationships with complex corporate groups
  • Lead pricing, contract, and procurement negotiations
  • Conduct workshops, demos, pilot projects, and executive presentations
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies for strategic target accounts in collaboration with the sales team
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Help shape the enterprise sales process and go-to-market strategy
  • Provide subject-matter support to the outbound team in engaging strategic target accounts
  • Support tenders and complex procurement processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or as an Enterprise Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven success selling software solutions to enterprise customers involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
  • Experience developing strategic enterprise accounts and building long-term customer relationships
  • Confidence engaging with a range of decision-makers—from business functions to executive leadership and procurement
  • Ability to navigate complex buying centers and align different interests toward a successful close
  • Experience with structured opportunity management and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Structured, self-directed approach to work, with a willingness to actively shape processes and take ownership
  • Fluent German and good English skills (at least B2 level)
  • Ideally, an established network of decision-makers in industrial, energy, logistics, or other traditional industries
