Job Description
Remote entry-level sales representative helping U.S. families select suitable life insurance coverage. Working inbound leads through calls or Zoom with training and mentor support.
Responsibilities:
- Log into the system and work a queue of inbound life insurance leads
- Call or Zoom with prospective customers
- Discuss family size, budget, and existing coverage
- Help customers choose suitable life insurance policies
- Complete approximately five to fifteen conversations per day
- Develop product knowledge through the training portal
- Consult with a mentor on challenging conversations
Requirements:
- Must live in the U.S.
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
- Consistent attendance and ability to work the lead queue
- No degree or prior industry background required
