Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive selling VETRO’s GIS SaaS platform to telecom and broadband providers. Driving new-logo revenue through prospecting, value selling, and end-to-end sales execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue growth targets
  • Pursue and secure new customer logos by managing an end-to-end sales process
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on new customer acquisition strategies
  • Meet or exceed quota in an assigned territory across varying customer and prospect personas
  • Build a diverse pipeline through personalized prospecting and hunting efforts using sales engagement practices and tools
  • Nurture inbound opportunities generated by marketing and advance them through the sales process
  • Use value-selling techniques to guide sales processes to close
  • Manage the sales motion using HubSpot and other technologies
  • Influence prospect and customer decisions and advocate for customer needs to negotiate solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Customer Operations for seamless implementation and ongoing account growth
  • Enter, update, and maintain daily activity, forecast, and opportunity information in HubSpot
  • Share ideas and successes with the broader sales organization and remain open to constructive feedback
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert
  • Stay current on competitor offerings and identify strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Turn market feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a strong ability to engage prospects and drive subscription-based sales
  • Experience selling into fiber/broadband/telecom GIS mapping industries
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Highly responsive to customers and prospects
  • Capacity to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities
  • Critical thinking in a variety of situations
  • Drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers
  • Familiarity with working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, adept at balancing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50%
  • Ability to have a designated space conducive to productivity and conducting confidential video calls for hybrid or remote work
  • Must be distraction-free from non-work responsibilities during working hours while working remotely
