Job Description
National Accounts Manager for PetSafe Brands driving sales and partnering with key customers. Collaborating with marketing and supply chain to meet company objectives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish & maintain relationships with new & existing customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements in-depth
- Help lead teams with marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Collaborate with customers in product presentations
- Provide insights & direction for new & current products, pricing and distribution strategies
- Manage distribution policies and MAP pricing
- Co-ordinate sales strategies with web/e-commerce team
- Understand consumers’ needs and expectations using methods such as customer care calls
Requirements:
- Knowledge of business & management principles involved in strategic planning
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities
- In-depth understanding of competitive offerings
- Understanding of the current market dynamics
- Strong understanding of the retail environment
- Superior problem and analytical skills
- Aptitude to multitask
- Concern for detail
- College degree or 5 years’ experience
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to travel (up to 20% overnight travel)
- Proficient in use of computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
