Job Description

National Accounts Manager for PetSafe Brands driving sales and partnering with key customers. Collaborating with marketing and supply chain to meet company objectives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish & maintain relationships with new & existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in-depth
  • Help lead teams with marketing, supply chain, and finance
  • Collaborate with customers in product presentations
  • Provide insights & direction for new & current products, pricing and distribution strategies
  • Manage distribution policies and MAP pricing
  • Co-ordinate sales strategies with web/e-commerce team
  • Understand consumers’ needs and expectations using methods such as customer care calls

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of business & management principles involved in strategic planning
  • Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities
  • In-depth understanding of competitive offerings
  • Understanding of the current market dynamics
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment
  • Superior problem and analytical skills
  • Aptitude to multitask
  • Concern for detail
  • College degree or 5 years’ experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel (up to 20% overnight travel)
  • Proficient in use of computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
