Job Description
National Sales Head in access automation at FAAC Technologies focusing on sales across South Asia. Responsible for driving revenue and building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and government bodies
- Oversee large projects and tenders in Metro & Airports verticals
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with manufacturing & customer service department
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers and their teams
- Set clear performance goals and monitor progress
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years in security/access control domain
- Experience managing sales team with at least 5 members
- Strong connect with system integrators and enterprise clients
- Proven record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across South Asia
