Job Description

National Sales Head in access automation at FAAC Technologies focusing on sales across South Asia. Responsible for driving revenue and building client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build relationships with key clients, partners, and government bodies
  • Oversee large projects and tenders in Metro & Airports verticals
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with manufacturing & customer service department
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers and their teams
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years in security/access control domain
  • Experience managing sales team with at least 5 members
  • Strong connect with system integrators and enterprise clients
  • Proven record of meeting sales goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across South Asia
