Job Description

Native Media Buyer responsible for managing campaigns using data-driven marketing strategies at Like It Media. Focusing on performance, creativity, and growth in a dynamic remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility: You independently manage your own campaigns with five-figure daily budgets, focusing on performance.
  • Performance-driven marketing: Planning, scaling and A/B testing with a clear focus on revenue, ROI and growth.
  • Creative strategy: Developing headlines and creatives that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Data & analysis: Daily evaluation of relevant KPIs to support creative decisions with solid numbers.
  • Testing & optimization: Constantly testing new funnels, ad concepts and creatives to find the next performance breakthrough.

Requirements:

  • Native advertising pro: Experienced with four- to five-figure daily budgets and successful scaling.
  • Performance mindset: You love seeing results, interpreting data and improving strategies.
  • Creative thinking: You have a feel for trends, storytelling and psychological triggers, and develop ads that perform.
  • Analytical strength: Numbers and KPIs are not chaos for you but tools for optimization.
  • Ownership & drive: You take responsibility, act proactively and want to see results.
  • Technical understanding: You are familiar with tracking, reporting and AI tools to increase efficiency.
