Job Description
NetSuite Developer building AI-driven solutions for warehouse management and e-commerce. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance decision-making and automate processes using AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1), workflows, SuiteTalk integrations, SuiteBuilder customizations, and saved searches.
- Develop and optimize integrations between NetSuite and external AI services, WMS platforms, and e-commerce systems.
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability across modules including Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Finance.
- Collaborate with data teams to structure and utilize data for machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Support real-time inventory syncing, pick/pack/ship workflows, and warehouse automation initiatives.
- Work with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to improve order flow, product data syncs, promotional logic, and customer experience.
- Design and integrate AI/ML models into NetSuite workflows, using Generative AI, predictive analytics, NLP, and RPA.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI, custom ML models).
- Strong background in WMS platforms and warehouse process integrations.
- Expertise in e-commerce or B2C/retail systems, including order management and fulfillment workflows.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and modern integration frameworks (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato).
- Solid understanding of inventory, supply chain operations, and omnichannel retail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
