Job Description

Part-time remote New Home Specialist generating leads and coordinating buyer appointments. Supporting First America Homes’ sales and marketing operations across Texas communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage online sales contacts and telephone inquiries for the homebuilder
  • Generate leads and serve as the first point of contact for incoming corporate leads
  • Schedule direct appointments between prospective buyers and community sales representatives
  • Confirm appointments before their scheduled time and verify that appointments were kept
  • Meet community lead and appointment quotas
  • Contact prospects within two hours of receiving inquiries through social media, email, digital channels, or telephone
  • Follow up within 24 hours to schedule appointments with sales counselors
  • Schedule appointments and provide consistent follow-up on lead activities
  • Enter lead data and follow-up information into the CRM database
  • Assist marketing in building interest lists for “Coming Soon” communities
  • Provide accurate sales and marketing information to leads and prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and communicate current incentives and promotions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1–2 years’ experience making high-volume sales calls or lead generation
  • Texas Real Estate market knowledge a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Drive to grow and convert leads to successful closure
  • Ability to connect with people and create relationships
  • Customer-centric and adept at overcoming various sales objections and concerns
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
