Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d'une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow the concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
- Entrepreneurial drive and motivation
- Desire for independence with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring long-term income
- Self-employed status
- No investment required
