Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Reims. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge commissions generated by your business
- Develop a portfolio of managed properties generating recurring fees
Requirements:
- Independent / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Autonomy with the support of a structured network
- No investment required
- Comprehensive training included
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required—motivation is what matters
