Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une conciergerie immobilière ALB à Bordeaux. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop the concierge services business in your area
- Prospect for and secure management mandates from property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a business generating recurring commissions from stay management
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships with them
- Motivation and autonomy
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is not required
- No specific degree, certification, or minimum number of years of experience required
