Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une conciergerie immobilière ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge fees generated by your business
Requirements:
- You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- You have a background in real estate, sales, or another sector
- Motivation and drive
- The autonomy required to work independently
- A desire to build a recurring long-term income
- Independent contractor status
