Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB au Havre. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow the concierge services business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge services commission generated by your business
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Independence of a self-employed professional, supported by a structured network
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- Self-employed status
- Comprehensive training included

- No specific industry experience required; candidates from real estate, sales, or other sectors are welcome
