Responsibilities:
- Create and grow your own concierge services business in your area
- Prospect for property owners and secure management agreements
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Build a business generating recurring revenue through short-term rental management
