Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop a property concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Grow a portfolio of managed properties and earn recurring fees from stay operations
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation and desire to pursue entrepreneurship independently
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
- No initial investment required
