Job Description
Entrepreneur immobilier indépendant lançant une conciergerie locative courte durée sous la marque ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow a property concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Receive property-owner inquiries in your area and manage operations in real time via the ALB platform
Requirements:
- Independent contractor / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Autonomy, supported by a structured network
- No specific degree or experience explicitly required
- No investment required
