Job Description
Entrepreneur immobilier lançant et développant une conciergerie locative sous la marque ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Prospect and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- If desired, build a network of City Managers through sponsorship
- Monitor property-owner requests in your area and manage operations in real time via the ALB platform
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network
- No specific professional background required: real estate, retail, or other sectors accepted
- No investment required
