Job Description
Office Manager leading office staff to achieve customer service goals at Copart. Responsible for managing the Title Express functional unit and implementing best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the office staff to achieve customer service goals
- Ensure Copart processes are implemented and followed
- Provide direction to Team Lead(s) regarding metric-driven goals
- Employee scheduling, time, and attendance management
- Conduct performance reviews and required crucial conversations
- Plan and lead meetings with Team Lead(s)
- Handle employee/customer service issues
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Degree (GED), some college preferred
- Three (3) years office management or equivalent experience
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to hire, train and develop employees
- Typing at least 45 Words Per Minute
- Basic 10 Key proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage expenses with basic accounting and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Managing multiple processes for employees
- Conflict management skills
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to respond to alarm calls as needed
- Bilingual skill a plus.
