Ensure quality and accuracy in migration processes while assisting the team. Join Contajá, a rapidly growing accounting company in Brazil.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of migration processes by reviewing and correcting errors;
Provide support to the assistant team;
Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments;
Ensure customer satisfaction and process quality;
Actively participate in collecting and verifying documents from companies migrating from a previous accountant;
Handle and resolve client inquiries of lower complexity;
Verify information provided by clients;
Communicate with former accountants to ensure an efficient transition;
Create tickets for other departments;
Complete spreadsheets and forms.

Basic experience in team training and support;
Customer service experience;
Experience/knowledge in process review;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Intermediate knowledge of contractual amendments and terminations;
Intermediate knowledge of Tax Planning, Payroll/HR, and Accounting;
Knowledge of workflow processes;
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
