Job Description
Operational Director overseeing day-to-day operations of educational and mentorship programs. Collaborating with the founder to execute strategic plans effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all operational processes, coordination of all trainings, projects, and team
- Translating the Founder’s vision and ideas into clear execution plans
- Overseeing timelines, delivery, and quality across all initiatives
- Structuring and digitizing operations (Notion / Trello / CRM)
- Coordinating educational programs, online courses, mentoring programs, and live events
- Managing launches, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration
- Solving 80% of operational issues independently and escalating only key decisions
- Bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to the business
Requirements:
- Experience with educational programs, online learning, or training businesses
- Proven experience in operations and project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly structured, systems-oriented, and reliable
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, creative environment without chaos
- Proactive, strategic, and execution-focused
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Fluent in English will be a plus
