Job Description
Operational Excellence Manager improving Phorum team efficiency at BioPhorum. Leading process improvement initiatives and collaborating with IT to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives, embedding new ways of working across teams
- Map, document, and standardise processes, identifying inefficiencies and scalable solutions
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods to drive measurable results
- Work with IT and tools to support operational improvements and governance
- Build business cases, track KPIs, and communicate improvements to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in process improvement and change management
- Lean/Six Sigma or operational excellence expertise
- Strong skills in process mapping and redesign
- Experience leveraging IT systems and tools to improve business operations
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive adoption across virtual teams
