Job Description

Operations Analyst improving residential program tools, reporting, and processes. Developing Excel solutions, managing project timelines, and supporting change rollouts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deliver enhancements to reporting and tracking of program operations
  • Develop and streamline Excel-based tools for client and program deliverables
  • Create project timelines and manage critical milestones for on-time delivery
  • Report on in-progress and upcoming tasks
  • Liaise with support departments and potentially the client to complete projects and enhancements
  • Identify automation opportunities through advanced Excel tools or Information Management development
  • Serve as the point person for process, technology, and tool enhancements
  • Plan training, process changes, and reporting capabilities resulting from program enhancements
  • Support rollout of new tools and program features, including development, testing, and training
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities through system and process advancements
  • Manage program reporting needs, including invoicing, data-entry validations, and troubleshooting
  • Train additional staff on reporting capabilities

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of previous customer service, sales, or office experience required
  • 2 years of report design and development
  • 1–2 years of client-facing project management experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a wide work variety in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and able to prioritize workload
  • Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong data-entry skills using tracking systems/databases
  • Effective verbal and written communication with customers, clients, and employees
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
