Job Description

Operations Analyst II supporting benefits administration in a remote role for bswift. Delivering excellence in client service through attention to detail and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute standard client deliverables and tasks within assigned fulfillment areas.
  • Perform routine audits and file reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with setting up and coordinating workflows for communications, demographic updates, and file processes.
  • Provide support for client inquiries related to bswift systems, files, or deliverables.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, procedures, and fulfillment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate status updates and risks to relevant team members or managers.
  • Support peers, Analysts II, Senior Operations Associates, and Managers as needed.
  • Help prepare materials or assist with basic training sessions or demos.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Support implementation activities or special projects as assigned.
  • Foster positive, professional communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration, client services, HR/HRIS, payroll, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
  • High reliability, organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
