Job Description
Regional Operations Manager leading PSV Operations and technicians. Building relationships and ensuring compliance in the provision of services for Bridgestone customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the PSV Operations Managers and tyre technicians.
- Build strong relationships with Engineering Directors & Chief Engineers.
- Ensure contractual compliance and profitability of accounts.
- Maintain high focus on H&S for Bridgestone field operatives and customers workshops.
- Control stock inventory and fleet parks impacting stock valuation reporting and fleet profitability.
- Maintain relationships with senior & middle management in all PSV fleets.
- Ensure smooth implementation of new contracts with support of line manager.
- Ensure KPIs for direct reports are achieved in the region.
Requirements:
- Must have good accountancy knowledge.
- Flexible working style.
- Excellent communicator.

- Valid driving licence.
- Ability to prioritise work and be effective under pressure.
