Job Description
Community Operations Associate engaging with users and conducting surveys for growth insights. Building relationships and sharing actionable insights with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with users daily through in app hangouts, chats, or calls
- Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior
- Build genuine relationships across a diverse user base
- Spot opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization
- Act as the voice of the user by sharing actionable insights with internal teams
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience
- Must have a personal smartphone and laptop
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to report to our Makati office at least once per quarter
