Job Description
Analista de Operações coordenando cronogramas, faturamento e entregas de materiais MPDV. Gestão de envios para ações de trade em São Paulo.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the shipment calendar/schedule for MPDV
- Execute the dispatch plan for materials by material type and recipient
- Ensure, in coordination with the relevant areas, that recipient billing data for MPDV is updated
- Manage and track shipments until they are delivered to recipients on time
- Request billing and product shipments for trade activities
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and proactive
- Comfortable with controls, processes and continuous improvement
- Intermediate Excel
